I am not sure how one would get to the area by bus, but as the last reviewer had mentioned, it isn't too far from the National Palace Museum and I know there is a bus that heads past there from the Shiin MRT station.

I had the best time ever shrimp fishing. The title of this is a bit poorly translated, but it's essentially indoor shrimp fishing.
