This is a popular store among Taipei residents though it is not the newest Sogo outlet (at Dun Nan). You won't find bargain basement stuff here, but do drop by the Event Hall on the top floor where the sale items are. If you spend more than NT$3,000, head to the Customer Service Desk to process your VAT refund dox....
