Its not so large as the Roman theater in Rome! Its in excellent condition and used in the season for concerts and plays. Its all part of a great opportunity to stroll through history and let your imagination run wild.

It's largely reconstructed, but it's great to see that these "ruins" are still being used, most notably for the annual Carthage International Festival.
You can still see the remains of old tunnels around the amphitheatre too, which is cool.
It's fun to walk through here on your way to the Roman Villas, and it isn't out of the way and...
