This is worth seeing. The rose gardens are nice to walk through as well. The Minaret is a good landmark if you are lost !

Not allowed inside unless Muslim, it is still a wonderful sight and the gardens are full of roses - a real photo opportunity.

Visiting the Koutoubia Mosque was by far the highlight of my visit to Marrakech . I had the privilege of praying in an almost 1000 year mosque . Unforgettable experience !!

we walked by the koutoubia mosk when prior call and it was amazing to see all these people around, all dressed in white. but it was disappointed not to be able to visit it, but we took nice pictures of it and were pleased at the end, so we recommend to take a look at it if you can....
