Have gone to Poipu Beach for years and never ventured past. What a mistake! Drive another 2 miles into a farm road (rough) and you will be rewarded with the most beautiful beach in Kauai. Shaded beach with fine sand and sandy bottom. Secluded but stretches for miles. No amenities so pack a cooler. Worth it!! More
