Very interesting to see. Lots of things to buy from the people on the main streets The architecture is wonderful to see and feel the history that is there to offer, i recommend you give your mind a step back in history and go and see this Cathedral. More

We visited this Cathedral during Semana Santa and saw the beautiful floor art composed of pine needles, blossom shaped colored saw dust and real flowers and fruits. The crowds of Guatemalans of all ages and dress were gathered in prayer and admiration of the festival. More

This is a Colonial Cathedral with old images of Catholic Saints. This Catholic Cathedral is beautiful and well worth a visit. It is in an old part of the city and is very beautiful. More

Who doesn't love a cathedral? Regardless of your religious (or non religious tendencies), it is also so interesting to see large cathedrals in the center of town. This one actually has all the names listed of those who died during their civil war on the outside columns. This is a must if you are going to Guatemala City. More

The memorial outside the entrance to those killed by the previous government is sobering. Not an outstanding cathedral, but obviously has large congregation. More

Most of the atrractions nearby were not acessible due to the flood. This was located in the square where all the tourists go. It was nice but we were not allowed to walk around due to mass being held. The architecture was excellent. There were many beggars and peddlers by the door. More
