We come to Aspen to see the Bells as often as possible, we have been coming for twenty five years. This trip we got up at 4 am for sunrise on the Bells. It was gorgeous and we had the place to ourselves. There was ducks and marmots all around. A good bet is the hike up to Crater Lake....

The views were beautiful at the Maroon Bells! There were trails to hike and plenty of parking. There was a gorgeous lake, the moutains, and a large creek that was so peaceful and scenic. We saw some wildlife on our trip to the lake too. It was gorgeous.

Apparently it is free if you get in before 9 am otherwise 10 bucks. The drive itself is very scenic. At the parking lot you can do stroll to...
