People who have some interest in American history will know this place, but at present it is just a common place for people to stay here, to see some performace in nearby Kennedy Center or buy some food and have restaurants in shopps downstairs. More

This circular designed buidling complex is worth a drive-by given its fame (or infamy) during the Nixon administration. It is located next to the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts and consists of an office building, a couple buildings of condos and a very shops. Even if its negative history. Not really a tourist stop but neat to see the complex, walk around a bit, imagine what everyone was thinking in the day. Next door to the JFK performing arts facility. More

OK, it's a big, ugly building where a famous burglary happened. That doesn't mean you should waste time looking at it. More

I visited the Watergte complex one evening when it was dark, which perhaps made it all the more interesting. Aside from its notoriety in Richard Nixon's downfall, it is an architecturally intersting complex in its own right.
