“Great beach but price should about half.”

Great swimming and surfing beach. Well guarded and usual Jersey Shore high priced food nearby. Also, as usual man died last year swimming after hours because he could not afford to bring his family during normal (guarded) hours. Greed of towns result in dead poor people. Dead man may have drifted from another towns beach. Same result. That aside, good... More

I grew up in New Jersey and frequented Manasquan Beach my whole childhood and into adulthood. To me, this is a quintessential solid Jersey shore beach. Gee Gee's has some of the best pizza in the state, and Manasquan is quieter than the family friendly Pt. Pleasant. It's not fancy, but it's the shore. More

Parking is expensive ($10 per day at town lots). Lots fill up early on nice days. Virtually no street parking. Many beaches not protected by lifeguards even at access points that charge the $6 beach fee. Public Restrooms are TERRIBLE. They are bad in the morning, all day and night. These same restrooms are for use of local food servers.... More
