We booked an all day wine and food tasting tour and were very disappointed in the Fuller's driver and host. His rude sarcastic manner just about ruined the day for us. He sounded bored and tired of tourists and about the only time he got excited was when he talked about how many tourists he had stranded at the island... More

“Awesome Narrated Wine Tour on Waiheke Island”

We did the tour in August 2010. Luckily when we went, the north island was starting to warm up before spring. We had our hotel concierge purchase the wine tour package, but it can be bought at either the ferry or at a local Auckland hotel. It includes the tour, wine tastings and ferry ticket so it was pretty convenient.... More
