Swam there and didn't know there was a dolphin behind me, loved it. There is a orange cat public bus that does a free 20 min loop around Fremantle.

Great for swimming. Good for a family trip. Water and sand are clear, not a lot of seaweed. Jellyfish can be a big problem if you go at the wrong time of year though.

Clean beach, nice park and beach cafe. Close to restaurants and good parking.On of the better places to take the family.

This area was once the heart of old working class Freo..now trendy but the many Italian families who lived (and olive) here have left their mark. The kiosk restaurant on the beach has great food...come earl on the weekend it is so popular. Afterwards go for a swim then walk into downtown Freo for a coffee.

Close to Fremantle, great grassy area for picnics, amenities and a kiosk. Great place to watch the famous Perth sunsets with an afternoon dip in the ocean.

Great beach, shallow parts for swimming and a great cafe that serves amazing milkshakes! On the freemantle cat route so no s use not to go!

Loved it here! It's a must visit! Loved the fact tht it had a separate beach just for dogs! Highlight of my day was seeing a Bullog with a life jacket on learning to swim!

Obviously a quiet time of year, but this beach was lovely. Crystal clear water, very few people around and enough amenities (cafes, toilets, parking etc) to make this a great morning. The Pickled Fig was great too!
