How many towns are declared a UNESCO historic site? Well, Tallinn's Old Town, the well preserved city is and deserves it recognition! This country and town date back to the 1200's and their history has been preserved in its walled city surrounded by its towers. The cobblestone streets add to the character, and the many shops selling items unique to... More

There are so many restaurants to choose from. Our meal was amazing in the old square with a bottle of French wine and the total was about 65 Euro. More

Tallinn has a magical medieval feel to it. It's easy to walk around and it's a compact but beautiful city. More

We stayed in Tallin for a week in May and had a great time walking the streets of old town. We stayed at My City, which was a great location for strolling the streets...take your time, have a coffee at the corner cafe and just relax and take it all in...great little part of the city. More

Such a picturesque town. Prices are expectedly high in the town square. Lots of "come to my cafe/bar" people but they are far from pushy. A polite "no" and you are left alone. More

Take the time to wander around the small alleys and visit as many sites as you can. The people are friendly and the area is beautiful. More

The old town of Tallinn is worth spending your afternoon. It looks like a mix of medieval (and some new) constructions painted with pastel colors like in Austria. And there is a special light in this part of Europe that turns things even more beautiful. Try to find the art deco buildings! More

Great little old town, where historical buildings are well presented and it's a pleasure walking through the cobblestone streets (forget the high heels!). Hope it won't move too far towards a medieval theme park in the future. More
