Kadriorg Palace is definitely one of the most attractive places in Tallin but people from other countries which have numerous stunning palaces cannot find this small palace interesting. One more point: Under the watching and disturbing eyes and the ultra strict attitude of the security officials of the palace it is difficult to focus on the exhibitions there. More

Visited the Kardiorg art museum in Easter. Nice exhibition of 1700-1800 Russian art. The building itself is beautiful, especially the main hall and the dance hall. Defenately will revisit the park in summertime, now with snow we could only imagine how beautiful it must be with green grass and trees with leaves. More

It's a roccoco palace just like the ones you can see all over Europe. It's nice and it's built for Peter the Great, but there's not much inside that tells anything about it's story. It's really an art museum with estonian and russian art from the 17th to the 19th century - and that's it. The main hall is beautifully... More

Yesterday on a wet dreary Thursday,I visited this cozy, palatial art museum located in serene Kadriog Park.I have been to many more comprehensive art museums, however I still enjoyed its fine Baroque paintings by painters like;Bartholomeus Vander Helst,Jacob Jordaens,Gilles Van Valckenbosch/"Burning of Troy),Lambert de Hondt("Journey to Noah's Ark",Bernardo Strozzi,Francesco Trevisiani,Benjamin Block, and Angelica Kauffmann("Prudence Guides Beauty Away From Folly").I also enjoyed its later... The park is really nice but the palace that hosts the art museum and which is considered the main attraction was a disappointment. It is in serious need od a paint job and general refurbishment. If you're in Tallinn for only a day or 2 I wouldn't recommend going here since it's a bit off and you could spend your... More

I liked the palace and the park very much, it's very peaceful here and not far at all from the old town, which is good as I needed a break. The park is excellently maintained and would put many public areas in europe to shame and I like the fact no dogs are allowed as to be honest I think... More

Kadriorg Park is absolutely stunning. We chose to visit on the sunniest day of our holiday and it was just beautiful. We walked around the grounds, the swan lake area and the Palace grounds and we just loved it. We also went in the Palace and the extended museum building, which had a very interesting Russian Icons exhibition. The palace... More

If you want a tranquil and relaxed moment in Tallinn, take tram 1 or 3 towards Kadriorg on Narva Maantie. Kadriorg is only a few srops a way. The palace is beautiful with some traditional art inside. The surrounding gardens are breathtaking and the cafe in one corner of the park is lovely! There is no admission fe to the... More

Kadriorg is worth visiting if you are in Tallinn, a cozy park with beautiful plantings. There is also a old palace that was built by Tsar Peter in the 18th century. Don't forget your camera if you visit Kadriorg! More
