Ive put this review so visitors might not waste a walk in the deep snow and freezing wind as I did. The maps all advertise it and a pleasant cafe bar within but its only when you get to the gates that you find its only open later in the year!!!! You can arrange group bookings in advance apparently though. More

The only reason Ive posted poor is we went to Tallinn in December, really wanted to go to the prison and were told its closed and really open during spring/summer. Dont know how accurate that is so check before you go as it sounds a really good trip. More

I walked here which is bout 2 miles fro the centre so i was very disappoined to see it as closed the day i was there. In your pocket ag said it was open. bit disappointing More
