Cobbled stoned uphill walkway, so only good if you have decent footwear. Small insignificent museum on a couple of floors but the view is why you would go. Think the view from the Bell Tower or Hill of Three crosses is better. But if you want to be able to tick off all the sites, an ok visit. More

You will see super panorama of Vilnius. Also you can visit a modest hystorical musem. There are no toilets in it, so be prepared. There is also a lift for those who cannot climb quite high to hill. More

A good place to enjoy panoramic views of Vilnius old town and have a brief introduction to the history of the country in the small museum inside the tower. More

excellent view of the city! A bit difficult to get there if you don't use the elevator, but totally worth it! More

This place is really good spot for Vilnius panorama picture. On the other hand, the museum itself I would not recommend. There are just two models of the city in certain centuries and some historical objects, which are however descibed in 'Sword, 18th century' style, i.e. no interesting details. More

Gediminas Tower is a must-visit attraction. It is located in the center of Vilnius and offers fantastic view of the city. Inside the tower you'll find a museum of the tower itself and of the history of Lithuania independence. It's better to wear a pair of comfortable walking shoes, 'cause the path up and down the tower's hill is not... More

I suggest to first walk up the winding path up to this Tower. Doesn't take too long, slightly steep and wear good walking shoes. There are also many stairs inside the tower. The view is excellent from the top. Then you can take cable car down. More

What's great about this tower is that you can see it from almost anywhere in the city, it looks great in photos, and your photos atop it will be even better! There is a small visit fee, but worthwhile and healthy (you'll have to climb up a short hill and stairs, not handicap-friendly). Must-do and see! More
