Unbelievably talented artist - painter and musician. Allow an extra hour or two for listening to his music before or after admiring his paintings. I use to visit Kaunas with the sole purpose - visit Ciurlionis museum. Absolutely worth it. The staff does not speak much English though. Be prepared :) Wheelchair access not easy but possible. More

Very interesting artist - you have to get enough time to discover his world. Better to read something about his paintings or to get a good gide there - they love this artist and will help you a lot. Better to spend some time to listen one of his sonatas - it'll be whole impression! More

There is not much to do in kaunas in general, so you should definitely go to this museum. Some of childhood memories, several halls with paintings. Can't believe there is only one review of the museum. Anyone who goes to Kaunas, even if it's just overnight on the way to Vilnius, has to see this place.
