If you go to Budapest, you must include Danube in your schedule. Whether it will be a boat tour, a walk on Margaret Island or a climb to the Castle, Danube is there for you, to offer amazing sights and a romantic ambiance.

.. from Margaret Island Bridge south towards the Citadel. At Dusk. Sun sets over Buda. You will get a magnificent view of Pest.

After spending much of the day seeing sites near the river, was found it delightful to take an evening cruise for an hour on the river. The major sites we'd seen during the day - Parliament, Castle Hill, Cittadella - were all lit up. We used www.legenda.hu for our booking and would recommend them.
