Did both tours today. The first gave me a great insight into the history and stories behind Budapest. Taken to some hidden gems. The second was about food and I was in heaven. Tried salami, local fish, a refreshing light wine, a local soup, chocolate and my favorite "cherry and ricotta strudel". I still have more yummy things to try.... More

I did 2 tours with Urban Adventures in Budapest and they were both fantastic. The guide Livia was full of knowledge and extremely friendly. The Bites and Sites tour was fantastic, got to eat heaps of different types of Hungarian food and also hear a bit about the history of it all.

The guide was great saw a lot of buda pest learned a lot about the local buildings and history, different building styles etc etc. Well worthwile tour and the guide was excellent!!!!!

had a gret tour with Livia today. Very personalised as only 3 of us. We walked all arond the 'Pest' side, having a history and archietecture lesson as we went. Some say Budapest has got the oldest tube in the World. Even not so, the ride with this underground tramway is a unique experience. Everything is as it was 150 years ago: the tiny cars, small and short platforms, authentic wooden cupboards' doors. You feel like traveling back to Nineteenth Century. Don't omit!!!

A great adventure and special way to discover the beautiful city of Budapest. During the Budapest Explorer tour we learned about history, art and life and had a fantastic time while visiting a small, real local market with our wonderful guide.
