This is beautiful park whether for a stroll or picnic...plenty to do and enjoy particularly on a sunny day.
Our family, included our 20 year old sons. We found this area so peaceful after touring the Old Town and War Museum. We had a nice break at the cafe, and even managed to eat pierogis and have some barscz soup. The guys had to have this lunch at our every stop. Where worth walking and enjoying this oasis in...

I love this place! Particularly in spring, when everything goes blossoming! I like the peacocks, ice cream shop, squirrels and the unique piano concerts on Sunday noons. No surprise it's the #1 attraction in Warsaw! After having been living here for a full year, I can only agree to that!
Large, clean, crowded, with lots of things happening (e.g., a wonderful show of opera arias on a beautifull spot, near a lake). Choose to go with a guide and learn lots of interesting facts about this place.
Simply.. walk around and relax. Beautiful place.. You can also find a calm place to just sit down and have lunch there. And the peacocks ! They walk there freely. Amazing creatures!
I really enjoy walking or jogging in Lazienki when being on business travel in Warsaw. The park is very clean and well kept. I still look forward to experiencing the piano concerts being held there during summer.
It was first when I entered this park, relaxed (stress is hard to avoid when you have a tight program), looked up from my guide book and took a deep breath, that I understood why people go to, love and then return to Warsaw. I was there in long weekend when all the atractions in the Park were free so I could experience it!! The park is big and peacefull. The old buildings in the center of ponds and trees, there is also restaurant in the park but I don't know about the prices. For sure it's worth seeing.
This is a stunning park, with endless lawns, trees, peacocks, orangeries, ponds, a theater and more squirrels than you can count. It is BY FAR the most beautiful place in Warsaw. Give yourself at least 2-3 hours to fully explore this beautiful park.
