The museum was ok (the pieces of art were amazing) but the thing that really put me off was the feeling that I was getting in the shop owners way by being there. I arrived at about 2.30 and as I approached another area of the museum the door was locked away to it. So I carried on with the... More

This little museum (appropriate for its content) is tucked away in a corner of the Strahov Monastery compound. It does cost a little to get in and look around, but it's totally worth it. The tiny works of art are out of this world. I cannot fathom how the artist made these pieces! They are incredible. It doesn't take too... More

From the moment we read about this intriguing museum we wanted to visit it. After a lovely walk in the warm Spring sunshine through Petrin we came to Strahov monastery and this museum is conveniently located within the grounds. The miniatures are astonishing and we were in awe of the craftsmanship involved in their creation. The Train on a Hair,... More

This museum is located within the Strahov Monastery area. I'm not into museums much but this museum was small and the miniatures are fascinating. It is worth the price of admission. More

This tiny museum in was well worth seeing. The dexterity needed to create some of these tiny masterpieces was mind-boggling. Well worth the admission price and you must see the views from up here - equally spectacular! More

Totally agree with fellow travelers. We enjoyed this tiny museum very much and it was a mini delight after our tiresome walk up Petrin Hill. Definitely worth a visit. More

This small collection of miniatures is just fascinating. How the artist managed to craft these pieces of art is mind-boggling. You won't be able to stop yourself from smiling the whole time. It shouldn't take you more than 15-20 minutes to go through the entire collection. More

Our family has been to Prague many times because of family so we have to look hard for places to go we have not been and that would interest teenagers. Wow! The museum only takes about 30 minutes to view but the exhibits are amazing. Just when you think that you have seen everything that can fit into the eye... More

If you are in the area it is well worth having a look in the miniature museum. The works here are a labour of love and you cannot help but be enchanted by what you see through the microscopes/magnifying glass. It's charm is its simplicity....you will soon pick a favourite! More
