Just next to the Prague Zoo, there is a botanical garden. It's worth to visit if you like calmer places, you would like to relax, just to go barefoot in the grass, admire little japanese garden, where often weddings take place or you can walk a bit more and make it a sport event, as you wish. I like the...

Got lost a bit while looking for this. Grab a bus from the subway station, but it's a bit confusing where the stop actually is. Maybe ask the bus driver where the stop exactly is, cause we managed to get out twice at the wrong stop. Anyways, student prices available! The gardens are pretty big! Me and my friend spent...

It's a very serene place, very nice to relax, sit, admire and reclaim some energy. The surrounding area is also very nice - can't put my finger on it, leafy residential charm of two centuries ago.

This very expensive complex (the glass house has different variety of plants all over the world with different climate controls), together with this park offers very relaxing way to learn more about our mother nature...good for family trip, walking distace from Prague Zoo and Troja Castle.

These gardens are are leisurely stroll. They are well kept but in October, while the autumn leaves are pretty, there are not so many flowers. It must be spectacular in Spring.

It is a very well appointed botanical garden. The staff are knowledgeable. There is a large collection of wine grape variety. You are given the origin of each grape which I found very interesting. You can have a pleasant sit down and taste some local wines. The beer served in the gardens is not bad either. Have a nice time!
