Austrian mountains, close to Zurich. Take the bus from Zurich airport to the post office and your hotel staff will come pick you up. Great snow and lifts More

Lots of very quiet runs but with plenty of snow for the third week in April. Really good to ski from early until a late lunc, by which time slopes lower down wer very soft. As always Happy Valley was the only area where you feel that you were overcrowded - even when there were few people overall on the... More

It has great lifts with hardly any small chairs or drag lifts, and lots of snow , atmosphere and kind to children ski instructors. More

Great skiing if you're fairly competent, but if you're a complete novice, like me, then not a lot to do. More

I am mindful that these reviews are open to abuse by those who have a vested interest or are just mischief-making. I am happy to evidence the details of my review on request. I travelled to Lech in a family group (husband and grown up children)on 25th March 2012. Three of us booked 3 days in Ski School; the other... More

Great skiing even given lateness in season. Lech well worth a day out - very picturesque. More

We enjoyed Rendl and Lech resorts the best for downhill skiing. Lech has a beautiful XC ski trail along a river, and often through the trees which was groomed perfectly both for classic and skating. We would go out for an hour before breakfast and saw 3 deer on the track. This was a very special treat. More

Fantastic and vast ski area. All the resorts that made up the Alberg ski area were very well connected with each other. The snow during our stay was good compared with other resorts and the pistes were not very busy resulting in small or no queues at chair lifts etc. Overall a fantastic skiing experience. More
