We spent the day at Fraser Island. We were picked up at our hotel at 6:30am (right on time) and spent the next two hours driving. Our guide was very informative and friendly. The ferry took us over to the island and we had tea. The flies were very bad and most of us spent the time in the van.... More

We did NOT do the Fraser Island Day Tour but opted for the cruise of the Everglades. We left the Information Centre at Noosaville at 1p.m, travelled along the Noosa River, crossed two magnificent lakes into the mysterious and tranquil mirrored waters of the Noosa Everglades.
