It's close to the road and if you're very quiet or lucky enough to be there at the right time - you might even glimpse a fairy penguin, as some of their burrows are near the track More

probably would be excellent depending on the weather, but this time the weather was on our sidew so not many waves. It could be pretty spectacular in rotten weather with huge seas, but then it would be rather uncomfortable More

Its not really a blowhole. More like waves crashing into some rocks. Bicheno is a nice little town. Like many towns in Tasmania, it is very little. I am not sure why i am reviewing the blowhole, because its such a non event on our trip. More

Actually a crack or crevasse, more an a hole (is that pedantic?) but hope for a big swell and it's 'blow' is e. If it's calm expect to be under awed... But if you walk from the north all the way down the foreshore walk to get here, you'll have had a lovely walk! More

Probably better on a 'rougher' day. A good walk though and a beautiful area. More

It was a dull day, the sea was rough, so the spray through the blow hole was excellent. More

It was fun waiting for the big waves to come and "click" the big blow. Did not see the same at the blowhole in Eaglehawk Neck. Not lucky enough. If you have the time and you are in the area, do not miss a quick stop over for this blowhole. Yummy Valhalla icecream on Burgess street, not far from this attraction. More

The view is magnificient though we got wet through cos we went too close to the hole. We went there at sunset and the rainbow reflection added great colour to the splashing water. We went there again after returning from the penguin tour and managed to see two fairy penguins! More
