It is disappointing that this is the feeling you have taken away from your visit to UnderWater World. Our building is over 20 years old and we are extremely excited about the renovations which will result in brand new exhibits and displays. The shark tunnel is undergoing an upgrade which will provide us with a state-of-the-art shark facility. While the... More

Thanks very much for your feedback. Your review indicates that you visited in January which means that you would have received a discount on your entry price. Before the shark tunnel closure the prices were $33 for adults and $23 for children. Throughout January the pricing has remained at $23 for adults and $14 for children. We apologise that this... Prices reflect a decent activity for the kids to do. Seal show is a bit boring but we had small children who have limited attention span. More

Thanks for your feedback. We have different seal shows throughout the day, some which are more education based and some which are a lot of fun, so we hope you will bring the children again to check them out! :) More

We had visitors up from Melbourne who wanted to see Underwater World. Unbeknownst to us, the shark aquarium was shut, and would remain so until September for refurbishment. I relaise things need a touch up but it would have been nice to have been prewarned with advertisements. More

It was pretty crowded in the seal show, but the otter talk was not so populated, entertaining and informative. The shark tunnel is currently closed, and there is... More
