Great place to go for beginners. We had never driven or been anywhere near snow and found it quite easy to do with chains. However, ensure you fit your chains in the bays as we were stuck in a blizzard and had to do so along the winding road.

Took the family to the snow for the first time. We all had a great time. The facilities are basic. I sometimes describe it to friends as a paddock with snow guns! But who cares. None of us are any good at skiing, so we are going to a family friendly, low cost ski field to learn. There are areas...
