We took Cruise Whitsunday's day cruise on super catamaran Camira. The boat, food and crew were great and we wanted for nothing - food, drinks, transfers and whales included

They supply everything including the shade. Bring your sunglasses as the sand is brillant white and reflects the suns glare. The water is very clear for coral viewing.

We took a helicopter from Hamilton to Whitehaven, which included a picnic lunch on the beach. It was just fantastic. We had a great guide who was very safe & knowledgeable. If you choose to eat your food under one of the trees lining the beach, look out for the metre long Lizard that turns up wanting to share your food. He is very tame and where else in the world are you going to be able to do this and enjoy a fantastic? Do These Things!!
