they don't know any of the walks, they aren't helpful at all. A waist of money and space in such a nice place and city.

We went there for some information, but staff was busy and rude.. maybe they had a bad day.. hope was just my impression

This was a poor imitation of the lagoon in Cairns. Much smaller, and not as tranquil. Still, a decent sun baking spot, depending on the weather.

We booked most of our East Coast tours at the Information Centre. Special thanks to Jill who was super nice, spend a lot of time to research information and find the best tours for us! If you make a booking there you get 1 h free Wifi and can store luggage and valuables there while doing your tours.

We visited the Information Centre in Airlie Race Week, one of the busiest times of the year and the staff were under pressure. We were able to get the information and literature we wanted, without waiting too long

If you are not sure of anything, go to the Information centre, I am very impressed with the help and advice I received and in such a friendly manner. All credit to the staff and keep up the good work.

These girls were AWESOME> they booked amazing adventures suited exactly to my personality, they refused to let me pay for internet eveyday i went in and they were a great laugh, friendly and welcoming especially as i was travellin solo. Thanks Ladies - you are ace! :D

Good advice provided when we wanted to explore the islands for 1 days. We also got free internet access when we booked with them. Doesn't cost any extra booking through them versus booking direct.
