A great place that's not too great of a detour from Hokitika. As with so many places in New Zealand the DoC have invested in making it very accessible for the vast majority of visitors. The scenery's great with a lot of well placed viewing spots. More

This is a must do! The colour of the water at the Gorge is just stunning! Easy 10 minute walk that takes you down fairly close to the water. More

Just NZ natural beauty at its best. Be aware that you have a 10 minute walk from the car park but it's doable for everyone unless wheelchair bound. More

The walking track to this is great and the views wonderful. Our motelier recommended this and we very much appreciated this as we would not have visited this otherwise. Certainly worth visiting! Great photos from here too! More
