The cheese tasting was fantastic. The lady who gave the tasting was so enthusiastic about what she wanted us to try and we had plenty of varieties of cheese to taste. There were many other products that we could purchase beside cheese such as biscuits, wine, chocolates etc. There was also an interesting museum. Well worth a stop whilst travelling... More

In search of locally produced cheese, we stopped at Allansford Cheese World and Museum. The museum shows many old cheese making machinery and farming equipment. There is a cafe and shop selling amongst other things, Warrnambool cheddar cheese. More

It's a nice place to visit. Good range of local food and wine for sale. Cheese tasting. I'm told the milk shakes are great. Can attest to the coffee being fine. Museum out the back is worth a browse for anyone interested in local history since the arrival of us whitefellas. More

we saw the museum first, it was very good and informative, well done. after a great lunch there, we had cheese testing, hm hm, so nice, the lady who did it was very nice and fridley, more than we can say from other cheese testing places!!!!!!!! More
