Great exhibits, displaying the history of wool manufacturing/ processing and the history of life on the sheep farm. The displays were interesting, informative and interactive.
The museum also has other exhibits. When we visited the temporary exhibit was "Sports Alive". They also had a section on the history of Geelong.
This is a great place to include in day trip...

went there in march this year, it was very well set up.
loved all of it, and all the different displayes, the stocking mashine, what a master piece!!, and the big weaving mashine , where the gentleman, was working.
wounderful staff, please keep it up!!

Well worth a visit, whether you drop in by yourself or take along a child or three. Very much an informative learning experience, with plenty to see and look at.

This would have to now be one of my favourite museums in Australia. I have been to a lot!! This one is unique and showcases our history of wool and sheep production. Displays are great, the working axminster carpet loom and the demos are something you will probably see no where else! Staff are wonderful and historical treasures themselves!! I...
