In fact we will give you all your money back if dolphins are not seen on this cruise. Dolphins always come over to Temptation and you can stand or lay above them on our front nets. If you wish to swim, no worries (but book early to avoid disappointment) this is a totally wild experience, no feeding, no touching just viewing from within the water. Because these are wild dolphins we have strict rules to abide by (both for the safety of the swimmers and the dolphins) and sometimes it can be rushed to get the swimmers in the water and sometimes the crew do need to yell so that the swimmers know which way to look under water. If you book in for a swim and on the day change your mind, no problems we can refund the difference (direct bookings only), especially for young children who decide they don't want to swim, that way they don't need to feel forced to go into the water. Remember you will always see more dolphins from on board, but seeing wild dolphins underwater is just amazing. « less

We signed up on the Temptation to swim with Dolphins, and that is exactly what we got. Tempatation is a large sailing catermaran, so you get a very very steady boat, crewed by three people who really know what the are doing. You will get to see wild Dolphins, so don't try to touch or strokr them, and technically you... More

Very enjoyable trip. No guarantees with nature which made being in the water with the dolphins all the more special. Great crew at a great price! More

Really good company and crew. You get a few different swims with different pods of dolphins so you get a good amount of time in the water. The dolphins get really close to you, some swimming right underneath us all! Plus they take photos for you and you can buy them all on a dolphin shaped USB!! If you love... More

We choosed not to swim with the dolphins and rather stayed on deck. So we saw the dolphins very close, they nearly touched the ship. We had enough time to take photos and make films while the dolphins stayed at the bow. The nice crew gave everything to get as close to them as possible, and they know what they... More

Such a fantastic way to start your day! I saw so many dolphins, I didn't know there were that many in Adelaide! There was a group of 27 dolphins around us in the water and they were so close it was breathtaking. I could have touched them they were so close but not allowed to which is fair enough! They... More

My boyfriend surprised with a sailing trip on Temptation to see and swim with dolphins. The staff are very friendly and with marine biologist crew on board, there was a lot of great educational info to be given. There were so many dolphins, I've never seen them this close i could have touched them but not allowed because there wild... More

We were disappointed by The Temptation Sailing dolphin swim. We were in the water with dolphins but we weren’t swimming with them and we couldn’t really see them. There are two ropes which hang off either side of the back of the catamaran and you have to delicately slip into the water without splashing and hang on to the correct... More

We booked this with visions of swimming serenely in company with such delightful creatures. Don't get your hopes up too high. Yes we went swimming and there were dolphins about but the encounters were so fleeting that only 2 of the 30 swimmers saw anything underwater as a dolphin flashed past. Those that remained on the boat saw more and... More

Hi Richie – it would be good if you could have put the date you went out on your review so I could look back on our research and comment on the day. I can say we have not had a day this season (Sept to Jan) where only a few people seen dolphins under the water, even around Jan... More

I live so far away, so I left home at 4am which wasn't a problem, go there.... it was chaos and forms were flying all over the place. We then got given wetsuits which looked like they had been attacked by sharks they were so ripped and worn out. My daughter (who by the way they charged as an adult... More

I notice this review was also done on the 21st Jan and was wondering if this is from the same group as the review above this one. By your review it sounds like you are very angry and have unfortunately exaggerated a lot of your review. I can only guess you got to the boat late that morning and maybe... More

My husband and I booked this trip and went out on 3/1/12. We rang the day before and confirmed that the trip was on. We arrived at the boat at the set time of 7.30 and we left straight away. The staff on the boat are very good they had good local knowledge and the safety talk was concise. There... More
