Only a short drive inland and up a steep road from Coomera, Tamorine Mountain is well worth a visit. We only stayed close to Gallery Walk, a street jam packed with various touristy establishments incl. arts and crafts, ice cream shops, cafes etc and very busy on the weekend.

A lovely restful weekend. Plenty of things to see and do. Beautiful views. Cosy pubs, variety of restaurants, lovely walks and shops. Loved St Bernards and the mighty Leo laying guard.

The market, stores and views were beautiful. The pristine rainforest environment is an excellent get away from the city life. We went to a market and some of the things showcased were exquisite. The food was a bit expensive and some parts were too commercialized to attract tourists.

Who does not like to walk through a rainforest and inhale the abundance of smells. I love hearing the leaves crackling under my feet and listening for that hint of the waterfall, cascading down the rocks. The moss on the fallen trees makes you want to touch it, just to feel its softness. There are many different walks, some easier...

At tamborine mountain, there is a lot to do. You can go to the glow worm cave, go on the sky-walk, wander around all the unique shops or even it all!
