Loved my short stay in wellington because of this street. Great people, bars, and food. Reasonably priced and fun every night of the week. Free Billiards at certain places, and drink specials on different days. I highly recommend.

Great choice of restaurants and bars. Many unique shops. Compact and easy to walk around.

The street itself has seen better days but is interesting nevertheless. The bonus is if you catch the street entertainers who as usual create a real buzz of excitment and atmosphere
