Awful!! This place is central down-town and is Grotty with a capital G. Toilets are old and run down. The baby change room is shocking, when do the cleaners visit this place, dirty, old and nothing to do!! A complete waste of space!

They put on a lot of activities and free events for kids, which is great. The space always feels a bit soulless to me, a bit like a community hall.
