The yacht is very comfortable and very nice. One of the reasons we had chosen Blue Dolphin was that they have maximum 15 people each trip and even though it was Xmas eve, we were very lucky to only be 7 (3 young people and the 4 of us). Paul and Alison are very friendly, we really felt like guests... More

I contacted Dolphin Blue on the 6th January to enquire about a gift certificate for my husband for his birthday. I had heard great things about their day trips and the owners however it is now 2 weeks later and I haven't even had a response to my e-mails. Very disappointed. More

As a single pax i had a most enjoyable day aboard Commander I. Captain Paul and Allison were super hosts along with Velissa (naturalist) and created a wonderful friendly atmosphere. They were able to explain everything that we saw and had lots of field guides on board. Travelling with a small group in this kind of atmosphere made it a... More

What a simply sensational day we had on Dolphin Blue. We saw a fantastic pod of Dolphins and although we could not swim with them due to the young ones in the pod - it was still well worth it. Paul and Alison made our party of 7 (inc. 3 children) feel most welcome and comfortable on the boat. A... More

We enjoyed our outing with Dolphin Blue very much. The captain was assiduous in searching for dolphin pods with great success. The boat was excellent and just the right size for a companionable experience, especially for the "swimming" option which we used. The owners were really pleasant people to spend a day on the water.with. More

This trip is worth it. Do not be put off by the expense of this charter. Paul and Alison Aitken do what they can to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable trip without getting too commercial. They have a small client to guide ratio which allows for a more personalized trip. Their hospitality is most welcoming. Warm and cool... More

The advantage is that the boat only takes upto 15 people, so it is a really nice relaxing atmosphere and we were treated with a lot of sympathy by captain Paul and his lovely wife. We've seen 3 pots of dolphins (16 + 6 + 10), 1 shark and a little pinguin. The weather was beautifull. We put the wetsuits... More

I had a fantastic day out with Dolphin Blue. We were a small group and Paul and Alison treated everyone as though they were family. We didn’t have much luck locating any dolphins on the way out so we went into a lovely bay for lunch and a swim. I snorkeled for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. On... More

We had an absolutely wonderful day with Paul and Alison. There is no guarantee that you will see dolphins on any given day, but we saw a pod after about an hour of looking and quickly drew up to them and took dozens of pictures. We then hopped in the water and were pulled behind the boat to "swim" with... More

We had a fantastic day. They were really friendly and did their utmost to locate dolphins and get us in the water with them. It was also a really relaxing day. We saw dolphins almost as soon as we'd left the harbour and more sightings throughout the day with loads of interaction and plenty of photo oportunities. It was a... More
