Had an excellent day seeing the best of Rotorua with them. Their knowledge of the area is exemplerary and the fascinating commentary was both highly informative and humorous, giving me a much greater appreciation for this unique region and making for a very enjoyable and rewarding experience.

We didn't have a car for travelling in Rotorua, so we choose Grumpy to show us Wai-o-tapu thermal park. We used Grumpy's for their all day travel pass and also a Rotorua and Taupo tour, and we can highly recommend them. Linda, who picked us up from the airport and shuttled us around Rotorua, was wonderful and very helpful.
