I had heard there was a secondary Weta cave in the Auckland Skytower and was keen to visit it whilst in Auckland. It's free to enter, and has many LOTR statues and you can buy the LOTR ring and other jewellery,and a lot of memorabilia. OMG There is so much cool stuff here! They've brought up life sized models from Avatar and Lord of the Rings! And they have the District 9 and Doctor Grordborts guns! And so many AMAZING models!
