Great for everyone... Spend the afternoon and watch the sunset, it is amazing. Can get busy though. Jellyfish seem to be an issue at certain times of the year.

My favourite beach in Perth, I spent my last day lazing here! Beautiful golden sand and plenty of room so that u are not crammed up next to others, beware of the dumping waves though, girls, hold on tight to your bikinis!!!!

Really nice beach, and good place for taking pictures. In the morning, people come for running and swimming, but quiet. In summer, the beach can be FULL of people. Water is clean and clear.

Our first visit to Perth from Melbourne. We were staying on Cambridge St Wembley so just down the road from this beautiful clean crystal clear water beach. What beach in Perth isn't great! City beach has Great cafes, sand and surf. Good car parking and facilities.

I was wowed the first tine I saw this. Have gone back several times. Beautiful waters and healthy young men on sail boards

My second- fave Perth beach. Clean white sand, great surf, grassy sections&shade for picnics. There are volleyball posts in the sand for those with a net&ball. Not much in way of food options, though. So it is not nearly as busy as Cotto or Scarbs.

I loved city beach. I was in Perth for 9 days and i spent 3 evenings there...it's a lot prettier than some of the beaches i've seen.

Great beach to take the family and granny. Seating for take away fish and chips. Great place to watch the sunset
