Love the markets as we don't have good ones where we live. Saturday is the best day to go as some stalls don't turn up on Sunday. Good mixture of market goods. More

Went today, Saturday and there was about 3 food stalls and 6 or so local / homemade stalls. Selling homemade rock jewelry, homewares, postcards etc. really not what I expected but if you want to support the locals and buy / look at some "funky" pieces it won't cost you anything More

Dropped into the Courthouse Markets on the weekend. Being the wet season it was a little smaller than the busy high season but there was a lot of colourful stalls, I liked the experience of just wandering around and looking at some interesting art, homemade soaps and candles, interesting Kimberley themed craft etc. Very nice 'local' feel and lots of... Only place that has markets operating around a real life courthouse! Big range from fresh local fruit and veges to pearls and handicrafts of all kinds. Best stalls are the Frozen Fruit Ice stall, the Hidden Valley soap and skin products, esp their Ancient Rock soap, and the Mango Farm stall with their yummy Mango Kasundi. Also interesting are the... As far as markets go, it's like everywhere else: loads of soaps, gemstones, crafts, etc. There are lots of food stores. Strongly recommend the pure fruit slushies. Good music and great atmosphere otherwise. More

I always try to hit up the local markets when ever I travel and this one has all the right booths to make for a fun morning. There were many booths selling local jewellry. My daughter bought a bracelet made out of local seeds and pods. Very funky. Lots of food booths selling local yummies including crushed fruit ice which... More

We went on Sunday the day after we arrived, and was glad when we made the trip back on the Saturday morning before we flew home; twice the size on a Saturday. Great local produce and jewellery. If you want a massage, get there early, as they book out quickly. More
