Away from the droves of tour groups, this is nature at it's best. It's one of those places that you almost don't want to tell anyone about. The drift snorkeling from turquoise bay is amazing. We saw reef sharks, sea turtles and a huge variety of fish. Be especially careful when the tide is lower not to touch the corals... More

My wife and I took a 3 day tour of the reef on Shore Thing, Sail Ningaloo. It was one of the most beautiful holidays we've ever had! The catamaran was so impressive - comfortable luxury. The snorkelling was simply fantastic - sharks, turtles, tropical fish galore, manta rays, cuttlefish to name just a few. We also got to see... More

Fantastic day. We saw three whale sharks. At each one it was 'Go, go go!' and into the water and swim like mad to reach the shark. They are simply the most amazing creatures. Although they appear slow, they are anything but. A must see at Ningaloo Reef. More

I’ve just spend three wonderful days on the Catamaran “Shore Thing” run by the company Sail Ningaloo. It was an amazing experience, we saw (and swam/snorkelled with) Manta rays, Dugongs, Turtles, Queensland Gropers, Reef Sharks, and many, many colourful smaller fish in amongst the corals. Both snorkelling and diving are possible from this boat. The crew were everything you could... More

We did a 5 day live aboard trip on Shore Thing with Sail Ningaloo. We were interested in diving, snorkelling, seeing the reef and relaxing and this trip really hit the mark. The Sail Ningaloo crew really shape the day around what you want to do. And every time you turn round they are offering good food and drink... We... More

We tried a couple of snorkelling spots but found Oyster Stacks was our favourite. The reef is right on the beach and the fish are everywhere. Its not a sandy beach so its only for those wanting to see fish so it doesn't seem to get crowded. We have a young daughter so we felt safer that the reef was... More

We took a 4 day sail with Sail Ningaloo last summer and it was spectacular. They staff was first rate, the reef is largely unspoiled and the entire trip was fantastic. Sail Ningaloo really takes care of you, from providing all you need for snorkeling, fantastic meals, and a DVD of your adventures afterwards. We would go back again if... More

Our family spent several days aboard the catamaran "The Shore Thing" which is a live aboard, fully serviced, Ningaloo Reef experience operated by Sail Ningaloo. The quality of service in all respects was absolutely outstanding. The on-board accomodation and meals were both excellent and the best I have ever experienced on-board. The knowledge of the reef was also most impressive... More
