With gumtrees catching the evening sunlight, I enjoyed a lovely walk around Wattle Park. A central carpark is located off Riversdale Road. The western side is given over to a golf course, but the eastern end is a lovely ‘conservation area’ with nice paths crossing through the bushland. A dirty great big bit of bushland in the middle of the suburbs. This is a good idea especially if you want to remind people of the benefits of looking after the environment. This is a big space with some lovely tangled corners. Recommended.
