This place used to be a thriving hub of activity, but now if you take the cinema away there's not much here. Borders has left, so that means it doesn't have much of a drawcard for me - but the Sumo Salad is good as is the coffee in both of the two cafes here. More

We took young children here to see a movie in school holidays and it was very good. Everything we could have needed was there and was conveniently located without being too crowded There were enough shops to keep everyone interested while we waited for the movie time, but we didn't go specifically to shop More

I note that the new plans are on display and it will be great to see it renovated with new tenants in since Borders and others left it is a bit of a ghost town More

The Jam Factory appears to be losing tenents rapidly. There is only one bar open when you leave a 7pm cinema session at about 9.30pm. More

I have come here several times, and eventhough it can be a little scruffy at times; it's fun because young people are always around. This place feels empty and a bit soulless. I remember when it opened, years ago. We had hopes for it but I guess when all of the upstairs is one big mexaplex it affects the atmosphere of the building. The parking is well managed so it's a good place to leave your car to cruise Chapel St. More

although located at famous chapel street (the fashion street of melbourne) but this jamfac is not change so much. last time i went there it seems they're doing some renovation but hardly to see any major change with the layout in the mall More
