The Princess is a theatre for an earlier era and as such does have a few drawbacks. The seats could be a bit comfier and there are not enough restrooms to allow for bathroom breaks during interval. However, with a few modern tweaks it will serve the people of melbourne for a long time to come. More

Well kept and maintained theatre with olde worlde charms. Seen a few plays here which were a very befitting venue. Whilst in Melbourne, ensure you see some plays or shows in your itinerary. Melbourne is known for many things and one of them is The Arts Capital More

Seats not terribly comfortable but classical old style theatre. Worth going to but getting there is tricky. If you drive and park, parking is hugely expensive. If you come into town on the train it's a bit risky going home. More
