The zoo is great. Elephant area is terriffic, big cats,apes. All natural looking. It's a pleasant place to spend the day just wandering around and viewing the animals.

Can be very busy and if any babies have been born you probably have a slim chance of seeing them. There is a grass picnic area and some interactive things for small children I always like the giraffes but whatch that shop they make you walk through to exit

Most of the larger animals seemed to pacing back & forth where the food gets delivered. I found it distressing to watch. The lone tiger was running back & forth along a back fence line...it looked like he was fretting. It was difficult to see some of the animals as they were are the backs of the enclosures.
