was good fun, make sure you dont go during holidays as it is small and pack your own drinks and lunch/snacks...i waited 5 minutes just to buy a water in the end i just left the money on the counter

2 large ice rinks and plenty off room to skate, the ice is continually groomed and there are no wet spots. The equipment rental was OK.

Great if you want to escape the summer sun but make sure you know how to skate as the rink becomes very crowded and can feel overwhelming and unsafe during peak times. Make sure you wear a helmet if you are a beginner and tie up your laces very well. It is common to see beginners losing control and falling...

We took our two children, aged 4 and 5 to the Icehouse and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. None of us was particularly proficient at skating with with the help of hire skates and friendly staff, then as an afterthought, an assistance frame, made it out on to the ice for a thoroughly good time.
