We spent a very pleasant hour or so cruising down the river and back with free coffee provided. A useful and informative combination of live and pre-recorded commentary. Certainly worth the money. More

Took a tour to Williamstown and spent a couple of hours there. Nice place. Tour down was informative and funny. A must do in Melbourne. More

We booked two cruises, one up river and one down. The boats arrived and departed on time and the crew members were friendly and helpful. The cruise to the Docklands area had some great views and combined with the up river cruise it was a great way to see some of the different aspects to Melbourne. If you are a... More

We took the cruise to Williamstown. Great way to see some of Melbourne. The commentary was good and funny. Takes an hour to get there, if you can do this for sure. When you are there we spent all afternoon bar hoping then did the sea plane and took the train back to the city at around 7pm. Really great... More

The company I work for chose to use Melbourne River Cruises for our Christmas function. We had selected the 4 hour cruise with lunch and drinks provided. At the price we paid per person (approx. $150) we expected a lot more than we got. Firstly, our boat was late because the one that we were meant to be on had... More

As the Cruising Restaurant was billed as a 'romantic experience' we booked for a special occasion. It was definitely a night to remember. The setting and table were nice, but that was about as good as it got. The food was average, they did not bring out one main and we had to go to the kitchen and ask for... More

Even though we'd read the mixed reviews, we thought we'd give this a chance as it seemed like a good way to see the city. After deciding on their city cruise, we waited at the dock for about 30mins on a fairly cold morning. 10mins after our departure time, a boat arrived to pick us up for a garden cruise.... More

A group of us took the river tour to the east of the city centre that was advertised as 60-70 minutes in length, though we had arrived back at the dock 35 minutes later. We complained though were told that we were only ten minutes early, which may have been fine except we had left the dock 15 minutes late!... More
