A stop for a drink at the lark Distillery was an enjoyable way to spend some of the afternoon in Hobart during the Wooden Boat Festival.

Staff very informative and heaps of whiskey to choose from plus a few beers to fit every ones taste. Saw a few cheese plates go out and look very nice but we had just eaten. If you love whiskey it is a must for any one in Hobart. Go do it.

The weather was a bit chilly and it was late in the day, so Irish Coffee was the order of the day - brilliant! Atmosphere here is just brilliant, the staff are really friendly and obliging and the clientelle very friendly. Highly recommend it.

We visited Lark Distillery to taste their whiskeys and were surprised at the extent of whiskeys and other spirits they had there. We didn't realise that they make their own Gin and Vodka as well and we spent a very enjoyable hour or so tasting many of them!
