Went here for lunch on Mothers Day and the place was packed. we didnt have a booking but they accommodated us very quickly and were very polite. The food was scrumptious and if we had enough time in Hobart I would go back again and again. Great Chef Unfortunately the brewery tour was off as they are doing refurbishments throughout... More

Went on the tour, if the tour is the part you're most interested in I would suggest the morning as you're more likely to see the bottling etc. You have to wear flat closed in shoes, and no dangling jewellry. Enjoyed the gardens and of course the drinks that came as part of the tour! More

The tour was very interesting and informative, very professionally run. Tasting the product afterwards was also a highlight. Good value. More

What a great place to visit, not only for the beer, which is great, but also for the heritage and history. More

Try to take a tour if you can but suggest booking ahead as often they might close early if not enough people booked for the 245 tour. Did little to accommodate for the cruise ship passengers on our visit although kudos to the young lady who did re open the shop for us at 430 since she'd already told us... More

I would recommend a trip to the brewery to sample the beers, and the lunch menu, however the tour was weak. We only did the mini tour as we were told the bottling was already finished in the main tour. The guides were complaining to each other about this happening most days, seems like the bottling is the highlight of... More

Tour the brewery and then taste the product. Possibly best to visit on a working day. A meal can be had in the restaurant. Try the beer ice cream. More
