Wandered through on an early morning walk - lovely to listen to the birds and look at the well-kept gardens.

We spent a lovely day wandering the gardens. Lots to see and do and everything was in lovely order considering the hot conditions that Adelaide had been having.

Our first visit to Adelaide, and these gardens are just stunning. So many different and varied areas to wander through, with gorgeous landscapes everywhere. A wonderful place to explore for a few hours, or just to sit and relax with a blanket and bite to eat and watch the world go by.

The gardens are stunning any time of year. This is one of my favourite places to take my two little boys for a bit of exercise and fresh air. Even though we go nearly once a month, we are still finding new things to see and do. When you visit, make sure to grab a coffee or ice cream at... More

I have been in Adelaide for 5 months and have been here almost every week, sometimes twice per week with my 11 month old baby. We love walking around in the tranquil surroundings admiring the gardens and the wildlife. The many birds, parrots, ducks, fish and turtles. I even saw a rat last week! There is plenty to see, with... More

This is a beautiful and extensive garden - you can walk for miles and miles. There are plenty of places to sit and rest - and cafes for refreshments. The Palm House is wonderful

I love this place. Plenty to do and fascinate the children with - ie rolling hills, water features, special display greenhouses, huge trees etc. I always find this place extremely relaxing and it reminds me how beautiful nature is. Lovely for a stroll, picnic, coffee or a place to exhaust the kids so they can sleep at night - lol.
